Easy Exercise That Solve My Overactive Bladder Problem

Overactive bladder (OAB) causes an unexpected urge to urinate. The urge is also tough to prevent, and overactive bladder could cause the involuntary loss of urine (urge incontinence).

OAB syndrome could be a common condition wherever no cause may be found for the continual and uncontrolled bladder contractions. (For example, it may not be urine infection or an enlarged prostate gland.)

If you’ve got overactive bladder, you will feel embarrassed, isolate yourself, or limit your work and social life. OAB could have an effect on your relationships together with your love and family. It also can rob you of a good night’s sleep. Deficient sleep can leave you tired and depressed. Additionally, if you leak urine, you will develop skin issues or infections.

In most cases, overactive bladder (OAB) syndrome could be poor with lots of stress. Symptoms can also be created worse by caffeine in tea, coffee, cola, etc and by alcohol (see below).The good news is that a brief evaluation will verify whether or not there is a specific cause for your overactive bladder symptoms.

About My Experience

I did happen overactive bladder (OAB) sickness in past six months. I had visit couple of doctors and took some medicine but it not helpful. At night, I wake up almost every one and haft hour, this cause me cannot focus in my work. Luckily I did practice meditation, this helps me reduce my energy consumption during working hour.

What Helps Me Get Recover?

I tried search in Youtube to understand how other patients get recover, I did follow some of them, but still not solve my problem. Finally, I found this video, after practice the small exercise my overactive bladder get recover. Now I only wake up the most 2 times at night. You may try it, but please continues at least a week to see the result.
